The practical part for me: I'm able to blink normally under it, which is the reason I prefer it over flat masks, and that has been genuinely handy. It's comfortable overall, though I can still get a faint line if I tighten the strap too much.
One thing I noticed: I used this on an overnight flight and liked that I could actually blink without the mask pressing on my eyelids. I still woke up a few times, but it blocked enough cabin light that getting back to sleep was easier.
