These liners significantly enhance the air frying experience by effectively containing all the liquid released during cooking. This means the liquid doesn't burn, and I have the option to use it if desired. Cleanup is effortless; a damp or dry cloth easily wipes any residue off the fryer basket, saving time and effort.
In my kitchen, I used one for salmon with a sticky glaze, which is exactly the kind of dinner that normally leaves my air-fryer basket annoying to clean. Most of the glaze stayed on the liner, so I was done cleaning much faster.
One thing I noticed: I like that the shape matches my basket better than cutting parchment from a roll. Since the liner catches most of the grease and crumbs, the basket needs a lot less scrubbing afterward, from what I noticed.
After a few uses, I reheated leftover fries in one of these and was worried the liner would make them soft. They still came out crisp enough for me, and there were barely any crumbs stuck in the basket.
Once I had it in use, cheese and sticky marinades release from the paper more easily than they do from my bare basket. They are better for everyday portions than for packing the basket completely full.
